How long you will process my order after payment received?

We will process your order within 24 hours in our working day, but please allow 2-3 days for order handling as we need to do strict checking quality before the items be shipped out.

Do I need to pay any taxes?

 In order to protect you to pay any import tax, we will declare the package contents at a lower, more suitable level, however, this depends on each country’s customs. The specific value declared is based on the specific import regulations of your country, the actual value of your order as well as the type and quantity of the products you have purchased. Please note we are still able to declare your order at its actual (full) value if you wish, but please let us know before we dispatch the parcel.

What should I do if I have trouble logging in?

1) Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration. If you have forgotten your password, please select the “Find back your password by a password question or Find back your password by Email” option on the Sign In page then complete the information regarding your registration details and select the “Reset your password” option.

2) If you are still unable to access your account,  please contact our customer service to indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you and you can change it once you log in. Are all your items in stock?

Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available. But occasionally some items may be out of order due to strong demand. If you pickup an item and pay for it, but for any reason it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you to choose the other similar item or process a promptly refund to your account.

What countries you ship to and what is the shipping cost?

We ship all over the world and offer free shipping by EMS to most of countries,  to some countries which need to be shipped by UPS, shipping fee is $35 per bag, once the order amount reach $500 after Wise/Western Union discount can enjoy free shipping by UPS as well.

Can I change my shipping information?

We ship the parcels to the address which you provided when you placed that order. If you want to change to a different shipping address after you finish the payment, please contact our customer service as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

How long will delivery take?

For EMS delivery, it takes about 15~20 days to reach you after we confirm the shipment while UPS takes about 7~9 days, please allow some circumstance may take 3 days for delivery or  approximately 10 days.

How do I track my parcel?

Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company, please allow 2~3 days for carrier’s website to update the parcel status.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation must be requested before the item has been shipped. We typically processed the order within 24 hours and shipped the item within 24 -48 hours. After the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Can I return the products if I have problem?

All the products will be carefully checked before the shipment. We are proud to say, we are confident that you will be very happy with our products. We accept return or exchange within 15 days. We request that you contact us ASAP if you have a problem once you get your parcel.
